FAQ's
· Subscriptions: There are 2 and 3 days a week subscription plans that you can choose from

· Order for a day: You can place a one-time order. This is a single order for next day delivery
According to the subscription you choose
· 2-day subscription: Rotis are delivered every Tuesday and Thursday in a week
· 3-day subscription: Rotis are delivered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in a week
All subscriptions start from Monday of the following week. For example,
Example Scenario 1: If you subscribe to a 3 day subscription on Sunday Sep 10th 2023, we will start to deliver rotis to you from Monday Sep 11th 2023 for three days of the week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will continue to receive rotis every Monday, Wednesday and Friday thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel a subscription anytime.
Example Scenario 2: If you subscribe to a 2 day subscription on Monday Sep 4th 2023, we will start to deliver rotis to you from Tuesday Sep 12th 2023 for two days of the week Tuesday and Thursday. You will continue to receive rotis every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel a subscription anytime.

You can cancel a subscription anytime. To cancel a subscription kindly email support@relishroti.com .
All subscription cancellations take effect Monday of the following week. If you cancel a subscription in the middle of the week. Orders for the current week will continue to be delivered and cancellation will take effect Monday/ Tuesday of the following week depending on whether it is a 2 or a 3 day subscription.
Example Scenario 1: If you cancel a 3 day subscription on Sunday Sep 10th 2023, you will stop receiving rotis from Monday Sep 11th 2023.
Example Scenario 2: If you cancel a 2 day subscription on Monday Sep 4th 2023, you will continue to receive rotis for the current week and you will stop receiving rotis from Monday Sep 12th 2023.

· Using “order for a day” option you can place an order and get rotis delivered the next day.
· Order window opens every Monday and closes every Thursday which means you can place orders on any given day in
the Monday to Thursday time period to get rotis delivered the next day.
Rotis are delivered between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
There might be two reasons for why you are not able to place orders.
· Delivery location: Currently we are only delivering to specific areas. You will not be able to place an order if you are residing outside the delivery area.
If you live outside the delivery area, kindly fill out the "interested in the service" form and we will keep you updated when we expand delivery to your area. You can scroll down to find the form.
· Limited capacity: We are currently a very small team and hence able to take in limited number of orders. As our business grows, we will be able to take in more orders.

Our rotis/ pulkas are made from scratch and are prepared the same day they are delivered. They are a 100% authentic and free from any preservatives/ additives. Our rotis have a light texture and for this reason we recommend you follow the below instructions to prevent it from drying up or becoming hard.
· Rotis kept at room temperature: The rotis we deliver are fully cooked and ready to eat the same day. We recommend that you do not reheat the rotis kept at room temperature.
· Refrigeration: If you need to keep it in the refrigerator and consume later. We recommend that you wet a cloth and strain it to take out all water. Then wrap all the rotis completely in a damp cloth and microwave for a maximum of 30 seconds.
· Heating on tawa/ pan: The rotis we deliver are fully cooked. We do not recommend reheating them on the tawa or pan.
